WILL MY BOX LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO?

• Storybox gift box photos are intended to give an idea of what to expect, but they are ALL different and may not be the exact, shown version on the product page . That-said we assure you that the theme of your box will complement and coordinate with the jewelry design.

WHAT ARE THE BOXES MADE OF?

• Storyboxes are white card, slider-style boxes and are lined inside with decorative paper. They are all hand-decorated by Storybox Charms.

ARE THE MEASUREMENTS ACCURATE?

• Most Measurements are approximate, if you need exact info or more photos etc, please send us a message.

ARE THE EARRINGS FOR PIERCED EARS ONLY? WHAT TYPE OF POSTS DO THEY HAVE?

• All earrings have fish-hook wires for pierced ears, but clip-ons are available upon request.

ARE THE EARRINGS HYPO-ALLERGENIC?

• Most metals are nickel -free with gold or silver plated wires, but as this cannot be guaranteed, please do not purchase if you have metal allergies. If you would like to us to use specific materials, please submit a custom order request.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

• We ship within the USA, with USPS Advantage Ground and charge a flat $5 per order. For international (outside of the USA) shipments, please contact us and we will provide a custom shipping quote.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZED ORDERS OR DESIGNS?

• Custom orders are welcome, within our capability - please fill out this form to get in touch.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

• Items are non-returnable, however if an item is damaged or flawed, please contact us to resolve. Our designs are all hand-made and there are imperfections in the process but we will gladly repair, replace or refund your order if there is a reasonable issue with the product. We are fair and considerate with this process, but we are a small business and this is a costly offering so we ask that you are also fair and considerate when requesting a resolution.
